As an Artist and Illustrator based in Northern Ireland, Trisha McNally's work lies somewhere between image making and image manipulation, combining digital elements with traditional processes. A former graduate with a BDes in Fashion and Textiles design from the University of Ulster, Belfast she is heavily influenced by a love of paper, collage, pattern and texture. Her work combines a passion for all things colourful and unusual, creating provoking and striking images with a visual depth that is both appealing to the sensibilities and enticingly intricate to the eye. Her artwork is often figurative based, exploring themes of femininity and identity within the context of personal narrative and storytelling.
Her illustrative work is mostly fashion and editorial. Clients have included IF Magazine/ Modo Magazine/ BandwidthSessions.com/ Revista Gooo/ LeftoversZine / Supersweet.org. She is always looking for new, fresh and exciting ways to display her work and has been involved in exhibitions both nationally and internationally.
